Terms of Service

By creating an account, signing an order form, or using BookPlay or other KhelTech products, you agree to these terms on behalf of the organisation you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the service. A signed order or subscription plan may add commercial terms that prevail if they conflict with this page.

The service

KhelTech is a software company that builds technology products. BookPlay is our first product — a cloud system for academies, clubs and venues, available at bookplay.in. Modules (booking, CRM, coaching, payments, events and others) may be switched on according to your plan. We may add, change or retire features with reasonable notice when the change is material.

Your account

• You must provide accurate organisation and billing information and keep admin users current.
• You are responsible for staff access, role permissions and the activity that happens under your account.
• You must not reverse engineer the software, overload the service, or use it to send unlawful or unsolicited communications.

Customer data

You retain ownership of data you and your members enter into KhelTech. You grant us a licence to host, process and display that data solely to provide the service. You represent that you have the rights and consents needed to collect member, player and payment information — including for minors, where required. We describe our processing in the Privacy Policy.

You can export operational data at any time. After termination we will delete or return customer data on request, except copies we must keep for legal, billing or security purposes.

Fees and payment

Subscription fees are billed as stated on your plan or invoice, typically in advance. Usage-based charges (for example payment gateway fees, SMS or WhatsApp) are billed as incurred by the relevant provider. Unpaid invoices may lead to suspension after notice. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing.

Acceptable use

The platform may not be used to store or transmit malware, infringe others’ rights, or process data in violation of applicable sports, consumer or data-protection law. We may suspend access to investigate abuse or protect the service.

Intellectual property

KhelTech, BookPlay, the product, documentation and branding remain our property. You may use the white-label website and app tools to present your academy brand to members; that does not transfer ownership of our software. Feedback you send may be used to improve the product without obligation to you.

Availability and support

We aim for high availability and publish current service health on the status page. Planned maintenance will be scheduled with notice when practical. Support is available at bharat@kheltech.com during the hours listed on the contact page, unless your plan specifies otherwise.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation or that the platform will meet every operational requirement of your academy. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or lost-profit damages, or for issues caused by your internet, payment gateways, or third-party networks.

Term

These terms continue while you use the service. Either party may terminate for material breach if it is not cured within 15 days of notice. You may stop using the product at the end of a paid term. Provisions that by nature should survive (fees owed, IP, confidentiality, limitation of liability) remain in effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any forum to protect our intellectual property or the security of the service.
